Learn more about Vision 2045 Plan and Part 150 Noise Study
Open House on March 20, 2025
King County International Airport-Boeing Field (KCIA) is working on our Vision 2045 Airport Plan and a Part 150 Study, both aimed at shaping the future of the airport. Your voice is essential in this process, as community feedback will guide our priorities and help ensure KCIA meets evolving community and aviation needs.
Community members, airport tenants, and interested parties are invited to review the draft Noise Exposure Maps (NEMs) and share input on the development of the Noise Compatibility Program (NCP) at our open house set for March 20. The NCP will identify measurable actions to reduce airport noise and promote compatible land uses near KCIA. The Vision 2045 Airport Plan Facility Requirements are underway, and the Part 150 Study draft NEMs will be submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for review and approval soon.
