Local Juvenile Court Rule - Juvenile Offense Proceedings in Juvenile Court
Motions to seal juvenile convictions, for restoration of the right to possess a firearm flowing from a juvenile conviction and for relief from the duty to register as a sex offender following conviction of a juvenile offense shall be filed in the Juvenile Division of King County Superior Court. The court will maintain, on its website, appropriate forms and procedures at kingcounty.gov/court/superior-court/courts-jails-legal-system/court-programs-children-families/juvenile-court-services/common-forms. For restoration of the right to possess a firearm stemming from an adult conviction, See Local Rule 40(b)(17).
