Temporary move during election season

Due to expected heavy traffic at the King County Elections Building, King County Permits customer service hours will temporarily move to the Renton Library (100 Mill Avenue S)

When: October 26 through November 6, Monday through Thursday from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm*

*Please note: Reviewers will not be at the Library on Thursdays during this time.

Scam Alert!

There have been reports of scammers posing as staff members at King County and other government agencies and asking for payments. KING COUNTY STAFF MEMBERS WILL NOT CALL YOU ASKING FOR YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION. Please don’t give your financial information to anyone over the phone or put your credit card information in an email. King County provides customers with invoices and instructions on how to pay online or by check. If you think you have been a victim of fraud, file a police report and report the fraud to your credit card issuer. Affidavit of Correction - Land use permit process
