Grant awards and impact
King County Parks partners with public agencies and community-based organizations to invest in projects that make our region a healthier, more connected place to live and play.
Our grant programs fund new trails, playgrounds, public pools, open space acquisitions, as well as recreational programming that reaches residents across the region. These investments are guided by a shared commitment to equity, ensuring that communities historically underserved by parks and recreation funding can lead projects that have a lasting positive impact.
