The Office of Equity and Racial and Justice provides resources and coordination to King County’s efforts to promote fairness and opportunity for all residents.

The King County Office of Equity and Racial and Social Justice (OERSJ):

  • Leads the County’s development of multiyear strategic plans to advance equity goals
  • Provides ongoing consultation and assistance to County partners to increase equitable impacts in all County work
  • Operates the County’s Civil Rights Program.
