Personal property surplus
The mission of Personal Property Surplus is to find the best and highest next use for county-owned equipment, furniture, and other items that are no longer needed. We strive to make the landfill the last resort when disposing of personal property.
Items submitted to Surplus may be:
- Re-issued to county departments
- Donated to eligible non-profit organizations
- Sold to the public through our online storefront auction
- Recycled, e-cycled, or scrapped
