Public notices
Applicants for certain land use actions or permit types described in chapter 20.20 of the King County Code must provide public notification. The State Environmental Policy Act of 1972 (SEPA) also requires public notification of environmental threshold determinations for these applications and other actions. For more information about SEPA requirements, see our page on the SEPA process.
