ONLY USE THIS ONLINE REPORTING SYSTEM, if ALL of the statements below are true:
- This is NOT an emergency or an crime in-progress
- The incident occurred within unincorporated King County or within one of our contract cities listed to the right
- Did not happen on Sound Transit, Metro bus or a Park & Ride
- Did not occur on a state freeway
- Not reporting a lost/stolen firearm
- YOU are the victim of the crime
- There are no known suspects
- There was no evidence left behind
- You have a valid e-mail address.

Complete the report
Upon completion, you will see "Your online police report has been submitted" and you will be given a "temporary" report number (this is NOT your permanent case number).

Check your email
You will receive and email within 5 days after report is approved with:
- Permanent case number
- Copy of report will be attached
Note:
- All online reports will be received before they are approved
- You will be notified by email if your report does not meet the online reporting criteria
- You may be contacted if further investigation of your case is needed
