Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC) provides King County with sustainable, cost effective services that protect people and animals, while providing humane animal care. 

Pet licenses

King County pet licenses are required for all dogs and cats eight weeks of age or older living in the Regional Animal Services coverage area.

Adopting a shelter animal can be a very rewarding experience. At RASKC, our mission is to place healthy and treatable adoptable pets into permanent homes
