Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy impact in 2024

VSHSL 2024 dashboards provide information on who used VSHSL-funded programs or services in 2024 and how these programs or services impacted their lives.

The King County Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy (VSHSL) connects servicemembers, veterans and their families, residents age 55 or older and resilient communities to programs and services that help them live healthy, productive, and meaningful lives. This is done through programming structured in five result areas: housing stability, healthy living, financial stability, social engagement, and service system access and improvement.

In the first year of the 2024-2029 VSHSL, the Levy thoughtfully incorporated community feedback into program design, began implementing new strategies, and ensured continuation of services as new programs were being brought to life. In all, the Levy provided services to more than 63,400 people.
