The resource fair is for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays, their families, caregivers, and service providers.

This is a FREE community event that welcomes people with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays, their families, caregivers, service providers, teachers, employers, and other interested community members. Enjoy a variety of workshops and over 50 information tables to connect you with the people and tools to support your goals. 

When: Thursday, May 29, 2025, 9 AM - 3 PM

Where: Microsoft Mixer Commons Building, 15255 NE 40th St, Redmond, WA 98052

Registration: Registration is required for all attendees, regardless of age. Register today at Eventbrite!.

Technology helps promote inclusion by offering tools and strategies to improve accessibility to many activities in daily life. Spend time in our technology room to learn more about the following tools and vendors.

  • Bellevue Inclusive Education Exploration Lab
  • Easterseals Washington: Vocational virtual reality training. Leading the way to full equity, inclusion, and access by enriching education, enhancing health, expanding employment, and elevating community.  
  • Microsoft Inclusive Tech LabExplore how the lab creates and utilizes AI and assistive technology so that every user can live, work, and play.
  • PROVAIL: Assistive Technology. We serve ages 4 and above, providing supports to people with physical and developmental disabilities.
  • Unique Minds: We provide individualized support systems that help individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered.
  • Uplift AT: We provide augmentative and alternative communication evaluations and speech therapy for all ages so you can authentically and successfully communicate.
  • WATAP Washington Assistive Technology Act Program Technology for Independence. Providing resources and services to persons who face challenges related to disability and aging to help in the selection and use of assistive technology, also known as AT.
