Board of Ethics

Regular meetings of the Board of Ethics are held quarterly. The board is authorized by King County Code to implement forms, administrative processes, and operational procedures necessary to comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics. The Board of Ethics determined that procedures governing the conduct of meetings of the board are necessary and in the public interest.

Meeting notices

The first two days of the Ethics Appeal Hearing (Case No. 2023-00579) were held on October 24 and 31, 2025. The appeal hearing will reconvene on Friday, December 19, 2025. The hearing will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a recess from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Zoom login information for the hearing is provided below.
