Unified Payment Program - King County District Court and participating municipal courts

Is your driver’s license suspended due to multiple traffic tickets? If you have received tickets in any of the courts listed on this page, they allow you to participate in a consolidated payment plan called the "Unified Payment Program."

How it works

  • Must take care of any outstanding bench warrants issued by any of the participating courts.
  • Complete an application and pay a non-refundable application fee.
  • Must have an outstanding eligible ticket in at least one of the participating courts.
  • Must be able to make the minimum monthly payment of $25.00.
  • Monthly fee applies.
  • Must have a debit or credit card or checking account to make payments online.
  • Once the payment agency receives your first installment, they will contact participating courts, who will notify the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) that the hold can be removed from your driver’s license

For current program details, refer to the Unified Payment (UP) Program FAQ.
