Motions and orders - Family Law

Information about filing or responding to a family law motion with a commissioner or judge. This includes motions for temporary orders, restraining orders in a family law case, changing trial date or case schedule, challenging an order (motion to vacate, motion for reconsideration, motion for revision), enforcing an order (contempt, enforcement), default when a party has not responded, dismissal (or reinstatement) of a case, and registering out of state custody orders.
