The Metropolitan King County Council gave its unanimous approval to the reappointment of Deryl Brown-Archie to the Washington State Convention Center Public Facilities District (WSCCPFD). Brown-Archie will serve as a representative of King County District 7, and was sponsored by Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer.“The WSCCPFD is governed by a nine-member board, and is charged with guiding the operation of the center with its goals, including being financially self-sustaining; generating economic benefits and other civic benefits for the people of Washington State,” said von Reichbauer.
Deryl Brown-Archie who was reappointed to the WSCCPFD for a four-year term at the Council’s July 23 meeting, has a background in risk management and strategic business transactions.
