Up to $34,000, no interest, with matching funds from the homeowner for a total of $68,000.

Housing Repair Brochure The Deferred and Matching Funds Loan Programs may be combined for a total of $102,000.

You are eligible for either loan program if you:

Own and live in your home
Live in King County, outside the City of Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Federal and Auburn
Have eligible household income
Do not have more than $40,000 in assets (except the equity in home)
Have some home equity

The loan must be repaid when you sell or transfer the home, if you move out, and in some cases, if you take out a home equity loan.
