King County Executive Dow Constantine issued the following statement on today’s release of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed arena. The draft EIS narrowed the list of viable arena sites to three, after applying transportation, land use and other review criteria:

“We’ve reached another important milestone in the public review process for the proposed arena. A great deal of public comment has been heard so far, and we look forward to hearing additional comments from stakeholders and the public.”
