Accessing Agiloft to apply for and manage contracts with DCHS

Starting in 2024, staff at DCHS-contracted service providers may need an Agiloft account to access current contracts and submit related invoice documentation. In mid-2025 potential contractors will also need an account to explore and apply for DCHS funding as we move to replace ZoomGrants with Agiloft.

Agiloft accounts are free but limited to providers with a valid W-9. A provider may have as many staff accounts as they need. More details and support resources can be found on this page.

If you already have an account, please log in here.

If you need an account, please follow these steps:

  • See if your organization has a Provider Account Manager

Every organization needing access to DCHS’ Agiloft must have at least one Provider Account Manager who is responsible for managing the organization’s profile and accounts in the system. Search for your organization here:

If your organization is not listed, please skip to step #3 to become your organization’s Provider Account Manager.

  • Email your organization’s Provider Account Manager to get an account

If your organization is listed in the table above, please contact your organization’s Provider Account Manager to request access to Agiloft and your organization’s information. They will create an account for you and send you login details.

  • –OR– Submit information to DCHS to become a Provider Account Manager

If your organization is not listed in the table above, then it does not, yet, have a Provider Account Manager. To become your organization’s Provider Account Manager, please complete this brief form and email it to DCHSAgiloft@kingcounty.gov. DCHS will verify your organization and set up our account. We will also provide you with training materials about how to maintain your organization’s profile and accounts. We typically process and create Provider Account Manager logins within three business days.
