Data assessment and informatics

FPHS funding has improved how we collect and share data with communities. We partnered on nine listening sessions in six languages to assess food security, mental health access, and climate change concerns. Over 100 health indicators across 13 topics were updated and made publicly available for equity-centered planning. We now provide disaggregated data by age, race/ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, income, and neighborhood, ensuring more targeted public health interventions.
