King County Board of Health meeting Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 1 pm
The King County Board of Health will meet Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 1 p.m. The meeting will include a briefing on the impacts of federal HR1 on Public Health, a briefing on Board of Health membership and resolutions to reappoint some current members, and a briefing on the implementation of a Board of Health rule intended to help prevent foodborne illness by conducting more frequent inspections based on notification of noncompliance with financial obligations resulting from employment-related enforcement actions.
This will be a hybrid meeting that can be joined through remote access or in person in Council Chambers (Room 1001), 516 3rd Avenue in Seattle.
