Resources for adults who support youth
Adults can support the youth in their lives by listening g to them without judgement, setting clear limits, sharing information about substances in a way that makes sense to youth. Adults should also safely store cannabis, vaping, and tobacco products at home.

- This video playlist, produced by Community Ambassadors with the support of SG Education at Neighborhood House, aims to educate the Latino Community on the risks of cannabis use among minors and discourage its use. It features substance use counseling, medicine, and law enforcement experts who answer questions about cannabis in Spanish with English subtitles.

Tips and resources for talking with youth
Talking with the youth you care about is a great way to prevent harm from cannabis, tobacco and vaping. Washington State Department of Health’s Start Talking Now site has ideas and help for setting limits and sharing information about substances.
