Operations and Finance Section

FMD's Operations and Finance Section supports each of the division's sections by managing fiscal operations, preparing and reviewing budgets, accounting, payroll administration, auditing contracts, business planning and performance management, developing and updating rate models, negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with King County agencies, and managing FMD emergency planning and response.

Operations and Finance also oversees the King County Print Shop, which provides products and services to all King County agencies.
