Runway 14L/32R to close for seven months
Project begins March 17
Runway 14L/32R, also known as the small or utility runway at King County International Airport-Boeing Field, will close to all operations on March 17 for pavement rehabilitation and taxiway realignment. This closure is expected to last about seven months. All flights to and from the airport will use the large runway (14R/32L) during this project.
To assist in the completion of the taxiway realignment work, the large runway will close nightly and overnights starting March 17 for the duration of the project. See the table below for details. All times are in local Pacific time.
