Subarea plans

Community Service Area subarea plans help guide development decisions in King County’s six rural Community Service Areas and five urban potential annexation areas. We get feedback from these communities using guidance from the Office of Equity, Racial and Social Justice.

Subarea Plan Performance Measure Reports

The King County Council approves performance measures when they adopt each subarea plan. The Department of Local Services will report on those measures every two years after each plan’s adoption. The first of these reports is posted below.
