The King County In-Lieu Fee Mitigation Program can be used to offset wetland impacts in all of the following service areas:

• Cedar River/ Lake Washington Service Area
• Central Puget Sound Service Area
• Green River/Duwamish Service Area
• Sammamish River Service Area
• Skykomish River Service Area
• Snoqualmie River Service Area
• White River/ Puyallup Service Area
