Personal property surplus

The mission of the King County Personal Property Surplus Program is to make the landfill the last resort when disposing of goods the county no longer needs. We refer to the following checklist when evaluating disposal options:

• Re-issue to county departments
• Donate to eligible non-profit organizations
• Sell to other government agencies or school districts
• Sell to the public through auctions
• Recycle
